the question africans need to ask, is where did the chinese get 60 billion from, cuz im not aware of any chinese person that has 60 billion dollars

but to answer what i assume is your real question, africa can get 60 billion dollars through selling bonds in the capital markets and thats just one idea

the fact that any black person thinks that they can only get 60 billions from the chinese shows the type of mentality that stops the development of africa and aids exploitation, so the first step in getting 60 billions is changing the dull, non creative mind you and others have

Lol all that money given away will only help China and make those African countries have pretty buildings. And that probably won't even happen because their leaders will just pocket the cash for themselves.

They don't care about their country.

thats mainly the reason why China choses to do infrastructure projects in african countries, and why it brings in its own managers and workers to minimise money dissapearing. People have their gripes with that though but you have to pick your poison.

If Africa wants to get money, Africans will have to start engaging in capitalism

And that applies to all black people worldwide

Government aid and money for infrastructure projects get finessed in because alot of the countries don't have transparency nor accountability in the court of law and also cronyism, most of the people in govt or of importance all went to the same schools or grew up together.
I went college with many Nigerians, some whos fathers are senators and people in govt but are worth multi millions to billionaires. from a job in a govermental post. Alot of finessing happens that people dont want to admit. Even in the country im from but to a lesser extent
