It could be because they're in LA according to the comments, and the dude is an LA crip. Maybe China Mac feels like he could get rushed at any moment or sumn. He wanted the issue tho, while in LA...he got some heart.
I think dude got the best of him too tho just judging off his energy. They're both dirty so it probably turned into a grappling match on the ground like most street fights, and since dude got some size on him he probably won that.
