This isn't a Chinese thing.

I only know because this company sent a couple black YouTubers I follow some product and they reviewed them.

Technically they're for hiking. But people have used them for running and walking. I saw a runner who's fastest marathon was 2:49 and with the legs he time was 2:42

There's a service in America where you can rent robot legs to go hiking?

Which parks/states?
There's some in Colorado and I think washington state park or some shyt. I'll try to find the videos.

I started seeing these about a year ago or so and then all the YouTubers started getting their devices to showcase to their channels. There's a couple of companies that make'em I think the hypershell.tech might be the best ones or best/most advertised ones.

I even sent my boy a link like 8 months ago to those.

A good chunk of my algorithm is hiking/hunting/camping and random gear and fads come in and out. Like before these legs came in, everyone was all about trekking poles.

@Phitz

As a disclaimer the hypershell ones are not for disabled, or people with back or knee problems. They explicitly say if you have these do not have these products as they aren't for rehab or support but for hikers and for hiking. That surprised me because I was thinking if you are too far or weak to climb these would be a nice boost like a e-bike, but apparently that's not what these are for. I'm sure a few endorsements and some medical certification will allow them to say "oh this is great for people with knee or back problems". But right now it doesn't seem to have any medical endorsements.
