AI Overview

In most jurisdictions, property owned by one spouse before the marriage (like a house) is considered separate property and is not subject to division in a divorce, as long as it has been kept separate and not commingled with marital assets.

Anything Bought together in marriage should be sold and profits split, anything bought by one person should go to that person unless determined a gift and the buyer opts in. you have cases of a spouse trying to raid everything the other has.

But with USA Family law is a State Issue, so no way the Fed can create any equality.

I wouldn't be surprised if some men start to buy women out of their marriages. theres just too great a gender imbalance in china for this not to backfire in some way.

all the chick has to do is be there for the come up. you over complicating shyt. be there while dude build his career not after. she don't get assets prior to marriage. if the women can pressure dudes who look to be earners to get married early they still eating. nothing drasting has to happen like you are talking about. for the most part this isn't even a radical idea it's a pretty common way to divide assets.
