Mold. I'm scared of it, but at least it doesn't move. Bleach bomb the room and you're good. take care of where you live and you'll never see any of those things though.

yeah and I stopped paying rent for 5 months straight, b*stards took me to court for $6k in back rent, told them how I was sick because of the mold and how most of my clothes got ruined. (like all my kicks in boxes. all my J's, Chucks, fitteds, etc..)

but I got lucky cause I cleaned them all and they're back to brand new

I just had to move out within a month cause I refused to pay, and that was it. I don't owe shyt

I had roaches for a while at my old flat tho. Them b!tches are disgusting. Had to call an exterminator to get rid of them which he did.

I was happy when they were gone. They piss me off.

yeah I was sick for at least 2 weeks, cause I was actually sleeping in my bedroom like an idiot, cause I thought I'd be fine.

I had one of those big "L" Shaped couches so I slept on that for awhile, then I left Miami and came to Jersey after the first week and my sickness cleared up, and I was back to normal.

Idk how much mold inspectors charge to come out and check, but have ur place fully inspected to make sure there's no more lingering mold or that it didn't spread to other parts of the house.
