choosing a high calorie/high fiber diet.

im starting my fitness goals today and look to see my results in 3 months and then 6 months.

My goal is to increase how much water I drink but also to have a high fiber diet while still packing in a lot of calories. So I already know I’m going to have to drink a lot of smoothies after my meals to get that calorie intake.

While driving Uber I’ve spoken to many passengers who said that having just a high protein diet specifically with meat is overrated and can usually create complications in the future since your body shouldn’t be taking an overload of protein.

What’s some healthy advice you can give a brother starting out his fitness routine with healthy eating?
