COA's are meant to be in groups guarding hundreds of acres with only the most minimum contact with humans , its only semi recent they became cool to have as pets here in the U.S so most of the ones being bred/sold/bought still have that human aggressive instinct

am not a fan of having dogs outside 24/7 but if i ever need a large property guarded, two or three of these would do trick. very little socizlatiion, few basic commands and just set them suckers free at night. Round them up n the morning, rinse and repeat.

The law is weird. Innocent until proven guilty but it’s ok to have the plaintiff remain anonymous but the defendants name plastered everywhere

The defendant's name can be anonymous too if the defendant convinces the court that the risk to them of injury or harassment is so strong that it outweighs the public interest of knowing the name of the defendant.

So her request for anonymity was granted because she reasonably can believe she would be subject to harassment/retaliation and is vulnerable to such. Whereas there isn't a high public interest that would be served by revealing her name.

I don't know if Chris Brown would have made a request for anonymity or not.
