I could write a 'thing' a day, a song, a short story, an essay, I get it.
We're generally over sexed which gives us fodder for writing. I myself was a writer at one point, was recruited for college for it. I wrote about a sexual experience for one of my college essays, but classy and vague tho.
Anyway, I definitely believe he has that many songs.

Hardest working doesn't mean working hard to have X amount of songs. You can record 10 songs and then spend 8 months trying to get them to what you believe is perfect. This is why most albums take a year to make.

if you're a creative or know a creative you would know it's easy for them to do something like this when they're passionate, have free time, and are in their prime.

It's not far fetched. Artists record way more than what ends up on albums. If I own a label I actually want that because that's a chance to put out 'unreleased material' at my discretion.

I got concepts of a plan.
When I say bars I mean sentences. My favorite Chris Brown song is Go Crazy. First verse is 4 bars, bridge, then chorus. Third verse is a bit longer.*looks at username*
Point is same subject matter with no substance. Dude just needs a beat to ride, can say he walks his dog to the park, and call it a song.
No shade to Breezy. I bought his last album. I know what I get with him and enjoy the production.

Wouldn’t be surprised if true. Artists record unreleased songs all the time. IIRC Prince recorded over a thousand music that would last for over a century.
