In all honesty I don't think stimulus packages work that way.
It would be like saying whoever first remixed "Beamer Benz or Bentley" gave it the stimulus package to become a hit and massively remixed song.

If 50 cent featured on the official remix and it got a ton of radio play AND drake was out here struggling then maybe..but neither is true
