I just wanna correct my post there were R&B records with hard drums.
If they weren't doing ballads or love focused songs then they were aiming to get people the dance floor.

Funk and Electro-funk offered the hard hitting drums but Hip Hop introduced it's own set of rhythm and drum ideas.

Why would they even book a show in Minnesota? Aint nothing there but snow, mountains, cacs, and Andrew Wiggins.. the next stop must be in North Dakota
