One of the reasons is the Competetion at the PG is too stacked now. He's not facing the same number of bums and rookies he was facing on a nightly basis anymore
The biggest reason is his team is more talented now than back then. Injuries won't have that much impact on your post game. Especially not ones that effect the speed aspect of the game. Posting up is all fundlemental, and skills.

The guards with the best post up game( dre miller, jkidd, bills up, Cassell, Livingston before the injury) weren't the fastest guards in the league and didn't rely on speed and quickness to beat their opponent in the post.

Sam Cassell made a nice living

And Mark Jackson was a bully on the block but if any of these guys was that much of a problem, most bigs would be able to put an end to all that rather easily.

My point is it's a shame their best post player is 6 feet because they're not gonna run their offense through CP3 down low. It's just not practical, regardless of how good his post game is. :yeshrug:

Deeper? Yes, but more talented? I don't know

Id take 2008-2009 Dwest over Current blake and Tyson chandler easily over Deandre. Plus Peja>>>>>any Clips SF
