its not even about that....I believe an elite pg can do it especially in todays league, but the point guard has to be a scoring threat nonstop to keep the defense honest...ill say this

cp3 is the most complete point guard I have ever seen....he just has the wrong mentality added to his gifts.....if he had allen iversons mentality towards a game, with his skills now...he would have about 3 rings by now

chris paul is a different point guard than rondo and rubio....and any pg really....he is the most complete point guard in the history of the game....he just has no team success why is that? because his mentality compared to his skillset is incompatible...the nikka honestly might be basketball retarded.
