But anyway its tough definitely, tough because the flesh and spirit are in a constant battle against each other. As you grow you do yearn for more spiritual things but at the same time your flesh is in opposition that stuff. and with all the things in the world ( lust of the flesh, eye and pride of life) that we get bombarded everyday its tough. that's why u gotta pray and read the word daily , their is no way outta of it.

plus been black and a believer puts an extra strain on your patience... dealing with cacs is the same as a non believing breh :francis:

Yes it does say that however bible also says

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?


it clearly teaches that just because we are free from the law and are under grace it does not gives us a license to do what u will.

2. For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Hebrews 10-26

3. Since nobody knows when their gonna die its a really stupid idea to live and sin and then plan to repent at the last minute.
4. God's Grace is not the same for everyone, meaning just because one person " gets away with it" doesnt mean next will
for example both king david and kin saul sinned yet David was given grace and forgiveness and Saul was not.
Both Peter and Judas technically backslide and denied Christ. One was restored the other was destined for destruction.



So basically if u know better dont play with fire, cuzz like it is written
For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
