Yes, the enslavers of African people prayed to and received blessings from the Christian God to carry out their actions. They interpreted and manipulated religious texts to support the institution of slavery.

As a Christian of African descent today, you pray to that same God for blessings. How does that make sense?

People of African descent in the US are among the most devout Christians. How does that make sense?

Prayers upon prayers upon prayers towards this god, but still look at the state of African descendants, and all Africans that have adopted Christianity.
