We don't have anything official at my job but generally cards and cash go around.

But I do get bonus'ed if the department I manage has year end growth, however, we don't know those numbers until first quarter.

who gives you the cash in a commercial building? my boy was a doorman in the city for residential buildings and would cake up around the holidays.

Coincidently, as i was typing this i was handed an envelope from one of the companies in the building. This company is international, millions of dollars in sales and they have several floors in my building...

Thats the thing, his building is residential.
My building is commercial.
Usually mailroom guys or if interns bring down any envelopes or gifts. Sometimes a company might buy the morning crew a big breakfast, which is cool.
This year so far ive gotten a decent bottle of vodka that ill keep in my locker in case of emergency, a 50 dollar macys gift card, and 25 cash.
