I was randomly watching back to the future II and thought to myself, theres no way this old ass nikka still alive. Dude looked like he was in his late 60s/70s in the 1980's. Sure enough, he still alive

Of course they use makeup in all movies but he clearly doesn't look close to 80 in the clip you posted. Just take the L and move on.
