Remember, this is the same company that let one of their performers wrestle high as a fukking kite during a PPV.

Difference is nobody ran to Spike TV and complained over that like Mark Madden did. TNA probably were gonna let it slide(slap on the wrist) but Spike wanted more to be done after Madden called about it being sexual harassment and kept pressing the issue.

Brooke Hogan probably didn't even care about Aries' comments about her(alluding to her sleeping around), same for when Bully/D-von called her a bytch various times("LET THAT STUPID bytch CRY!"). It's happened more than once too and Hulk probably just rolled with it, knowing that heels say heel things. Don't think they got punished for that but if somebody called up Spike TV about it they probably would have.
