I see what she's saying, but I won't say Chuck did that on purpose. He just identifies with his ppl and doesn't identify with ppl of color.
I do the same thing when talking about white people. If I'm talking about black ppl, I just say ppl. But when I talk about white ppl, I say white ppl.
So depending on how it's done, I don't see any harm in it. It's natural for one to self-identify with one's people.
However, if he's going to be on television, then he has to realize that he's reporting the news for everyone.

But the point is that he didn’t do it on purpose - because he instinctively places white views and agenda ahead of others.
I don’t care about this subject, it’s largely regressive and offers no path forward to progress or success. It’s a spinning wheel of victimization and we’re simply in the academic phase of it now. At some point people are going to realize centering all racial discussion on black victimization and white liberal guilt isn’t helping anyone.
What are we doing to advance economically. If we want to talk about classrooms I want to talk about science and math, where we are being left behind. I want to talk about school funding and the way not voting in local elections - or merely voting for who your pastor tells you to vote for - is killing us.

You love talking about how white anthropology and archaeology are focused on erasing black history when it comes to civilizations and the African influence on “white” Greek and Rome. Why are they doing it? Many reasons but one is to erase any idea of black royalty or advancement. They want us down low and thinking of ourselves as slaves and dependents. So why are we doing their job for them by framing EVERY black topic through the lens of victimization?

The entire notion started cause NHJ said the USA revolution had roots in preserving slavery and people lost their shyt. And she was right. And more people investigating it in the last century agreed with her but they can't reconcile that.
Look, no real study of history "helps" us if people aren't going to make the correct decisions moving forward.
But the current CRT debate is a problem because it focuses on this single problem: if the laws are written to be unbiased, how are they manifesting in unfair results?

Everything from the New Deal to Housing Policy to infrastructure had loop holes to permit and allow discrimination. Hell, the last decade of the course correction on criminal justice reform cases from black scholars pushing back on how punitive policy implementation resulted in our current state of affairs.

Bruh, Jim Crow wasn't even explicitly anti-black in many cases. A lot of poor white people got stuck with the shyt end of Jim Crow too because the laws were written JUST slickly enough to let them get away with subjugating most black people. Hell, you could overcome Jim Crow if you jumped through the right hoops and got lucky in many instances. Not all, but some.
This stuff happens very slowly over time and methodically.
They're making the curriculum deny the history and impact of slavery, they're changing voting rights laws, they're removing discrimination legal protections, they're challenging affirmative action, they're removing controls on enforcing civil rights policies...
People dont realize it but in MANY cases we have less protection than we did at the start of the civil rights era and we're hanging by a thread that the "lessons of history" will save us.

If your kid goes to a black school this whole CRT stuff means nothing .He or she will be taught their history because of the environment they are in .
If your kid goes to a white school it’s a good chance he or she be whitewashed if the oatrent doesn’t do his/her job because of the environment they’re in .
It’s literally been this way forever..now it’s just given a fancy name and a hot button issue…for a non issue ultimately . Unles nikkas really think they were seriously teaching black history in suburbia before this whole CRT thing popped up
