Ciampa blows out his knee before the big heel turn, hurts himself worse i nthe match, misses almost a year, Johnny/Black/Ciampa never happens because Black hurts his balls at a house show, Johnny gets hurt in one of the matches, right as its all finally coming to an end they get called up to Raw/SD and NXT has to scramble to make it make sense, film a few weeks of story, only for them to be useless because Ciampa is out completely and indefinitely, with only I think one taping left before Takeover.

Exactly...... no disrespect to A Black, but I think they really should’ve brought up Dream, Ricochet, and DIY.

Hell if we being honest, they should’ve had him in that first crop that’s getting forgotten in EC3, Lars, HM, and Lacy E, subbing him in for Lars.

Them dummies could’ve still did that same program with Cena having Velveteen being the one to attack him, fued with and have promos and back & forths with up till WM and then go over.

Cena I believe years ago said he wanted to fued with VD and that would’ve been a great way to get him over and push him further along to becoming a big star down the line.
