i smoked for 10 years and swore i would never quit.
then i tried vaping and never looked back.

it pisses me off that some people look at vaping as if it is the same as smoking and try to ban it in certain places.

That's actually what got me on some "fukk vaping" shyt cause mad places in Miami are banning smoking that shyt indoors. Still might make the switch for health reasons though. Been waking up with my back hurting lately and my nurse homegirl told me its the cigs causing that

more helpful is this timeline that tells you what happens to your body when you quit. it goes from a few minutes after your last cigarette to like 20 years iirc. that shyt helped me

I used to smoke but I quit last February. I dont really care about smokers, some of my friends and coworkers smoke and I'll let them smoke in the car since Im only driving them once in a blue moon.

One thing I have noticed is that most of the younger people on my shift dont smoke.

One thing I cant stand is the smell of a tobacco pipe. Theres a guy at work you smokes one and I wish would just put it in an airtight container after breaks.
