They should have finished it! It still looks in good shape considering.
I just read they use about 2 million just to keep up the maintenance since they built some park on top of it.
It'll cost $100 million to get it up and running!

airlines (and as a result fortune 500 companies) probably wouldn't be abandoning cincy right now if they had that subway up and running from back then and were able to become a (don't want to say world) class city.

I would think a subsystem would work better.
definitely, but it's obvious from this story that bad decision making is ingrained in the city's history.
Cincinnati should be somewhere around the same size as Charlotte if not larger.
