Depends where you are. I know in Hong Kong, you can get the Phizer vaccine and it's available for all. I think other provinces got the Sinopharm/Sinovac vaccines, which isn't effective against the Delta variant. No boosters yet. They tried to make it mandatory for foreign workers in HK, but people were complaining on the behalf of foreign workers saying it was racist.

I'm not actually in China though. I just have a couple of friends who moved to HK for work. Life is still pretty normal there. If there's an outbreak, they contain it by mass testing literally everyone in the area and then they enforce a quarantine for your entire building/block.
