From the comments:

"Before anyone asks how did Blacks help Trump strip the civil rights act, here’s the data. Approximately 2.2 million Blacks voted for Trump. Millions more eligible Blacks voted for the couch! Hence, anyone who voted for Trump or the couch enabled him to win and harm our community. It's the reason Trump thanked Blacks for helping him win. And if you have been a subscriber to this channel, you knew better because I warned my subscribers repeatedly about their intentions from the many videos I posted about Project 2025."

Black Dems working overtime out here. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was not gutted, fearmongers. Do you have any idea how major that would be? How enraged the Jewish community ALONE would be at the Trump Admin. Those laws don't just affect black people,. :why::russ:

Above the fray.
People weighed what could be gained versus what could be lost and made their decisions. Trump made fools of them within a week into his second term.

Made fools of the MENA community who decided to back him or abstain.
Made fools of segments of the Latino community who decided to back him or abstain.
Exact same deal with Black voters, though its worse because he is actively dismantling rights and protections that activist Black community fought, bled, and died for.

After saying that he would do it on the campaign trail.

If its true that 2.2 million black people voted for Trump, that is huge and depending on the state it could have been the deciding difference in those close swing states that went to Trump.

Yep. Been saying this for months. Ticked alot of folks on here by pointing it out......the propaganda against Harris worked. And bothsiderism(which only points out faults on the Left for some odd reason) worked. Whether it will continue to work is what I'm interested in.

This ain't about Kamala. Stop pretending that they are not attacking black people with policy

Nobody was talking about Kamala. You can't be in the same year as everyone else pretending that project 2025 isn't up and running. Black people work overtime for Black people. There's no clocking out before death.

And for ones such as you no dignity in this life

BTW, the "erasure of Black history in America" started in 2023, when Biden was in office. What did our Democrat saviors do to stop Florida and other states from removing Black studies from their college curriculum and K-12 schools? :jbhmm::mjgrin:

The Act doesn't have to be repealed to be gutted. If you strip away the mechanisms used to enforce it (which Trump is doing with this EO), you're undermining its power in practice.

This is exactly what happened to the Voting Rights Act in Shelby v. Holder. The text of the law remained, but the part that gave it real teeth, the preclearance requirement, was gutted. As a result, states started passing voter suppression laws almost immediately. The same principle applies here with Trump's executive order telling federal agencies to stop enforcing civil rights law using disparate-impact theory - a provision that has been essential to addressing discrimination that isn't overt.

The Civil Rights Act "still exists." But what happens when the executive branch stops applying it in a way that reflects how systemic racism actually works? That renders its protections meaningless, especially for Black people.

Dismissing this with smilies and mockery while people's rights are being undermined doesn't make you edgy. It means you're in on it.

Mods really need to start bushing you racist chaos agents that are always trying to dilute the awareness being raised.
