out of all the gangsters I read about, Wayne Perry scares me the most. I honestly believe dude was a serial killer based on the amount of bodies on him. He would just walk up to a random person and shoot them in the head multiple times sometimes for no reason, other times to test his crew if they were hard enough. I mean dude killed a girl outside the court room and took his time getting away.
