this movie has been stuck in my head since I was a kid, I just don't know the title, it's a movie from the early 90s maybe 80s. and it involves a white guy who was assaulted by a group of dudes and they end up amputation BOTH of the dudes arms, so now he has to live life with no arms and how to love ppl again. can someone please help me
