If things weren't already low in LA, they've now reached a new low.

The Clippers did Chris Paul a disservice, waving him off during his retirement tour, and for what exactly? Releasing him at this point isn't going to suddenly make the team any better than they already are.

I hear it's because of his relationship with Ty Lue; apparently, Lue didn't want Chris lecturing him on certain schemes, coaching plays, etc. Which is funny because I doubt he had an issue when Bron was calling the shots every now and then during those few seasons together.

I got nothing against Ty Lue but I'm wondering when the Clippers are gonna fire/release his ass because his whole time there has been pretty much a failure, at one point he was viewed as an elite coach but nowadays I'm not soo sure about that as his stock has gone down the past 2-3 seasons. His time with the Clippers should be coming to an end soon.

The reality is that he ain't no better than Doc.

How has his stock went down when last season was a 50 win team that was supposed to be last in the conference?

NO shyt THE BAR WAS SET LOW.

THE CLIPPERS WERE THE WORST
FRANCHISE IN PRO SPORTS
WITH 7 PLAYOFF APPEARANCES IN 41 YRS
BEFORE CP3 GOT THERE.

HE IMMEDIATELY TOOK THEM TO
THE PLAYOFFS 6 YEARS IN A ROW
AND MADE LAC A VIABLE FREE AGENCY
DESTINATION.

MENTIONING THE 2ND ROUND
MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

NONE OF THESE PPL WOULD BE
AFFILIATED WITH LAC IF NOT FOR CP3

Some of these dudes just love to hate. They can't help themselves and you'll never get objectivity from them.

Are you comparing a just prime, top three player Bron to 40 year old and washed and line drying at Larry Holmes Vistas Chris Paul?

Most coaches would respect the voice and output of Chris Paul, regardless of how he's played this season. He's a veteran and future Hall of Famer; he's earned the right to be respected amongst his peers (players and coaches).

When he was in Golden State and San Antonio, these problems didn't exist because the players and, most importantly, the coaches respected his opinion because he's one of the best basketball minds you could have in a locker room.

Winning 50 games means nothing; he's become Doc Rivers 2.0, a coach who can bring you to winning regular-season records but accomplish nothing in the postseason. There have been coaches who've accomplished more than him and have been fired for less over the last few seasons.

This season is a prime example of things coming to fruition.

The fact that they're this bad is partially due to Ty Lue and his coaching ability.

With this roster, there's no excuse for them to be this bad, age or not; this is partially a coaching issue. Most Clippers fans would agree with my point, as most have been saying he needs to go; his time there (along with Lawrence Frank) has run its course. Need fresh blood in the locker room.

The problem is they’ve been more than competitive and in the middle of the playoff picture since he’s been there despite them nikkax being hurt mostly. If it’s time to turn the page then that’s what it is. If they’re not playing well & old then that’s what it is. No coach can be held to task over ability when the guys he sign up to coach are never there :why:

Him and Bron overstayed their welcomes in the league. CP0 should just retire right here and now. There’s nothing else to be done. He’s not gonna get the Cinderella send off. It’s over.
Sneaking Bron in there is ridiculous lol. They gonna have a 10 minute video package before each game for dude on his way out.

Facts. People may not like him for whatever reason but wherever he went he changed the culture of that team into a winning one.

How long was he in Golden State and San Antonio. And how come he can't stay on one team and be a Udonis Haslem type?

There are certain types of people who always have a problem with truth tellers like CP.

I'm seeing all this shyt about well maybe Chris Paul wasn't "respectful" in the way he talked to Ty Lue and Lawrence Frank. Uh how do you respectfully tell a GM you put together a shyt team and a coach your offense is ass your defense is ass?

It's the dumb people do dumb shyt but then get mad if you call them dumb cause calling them dumb is "disrespectful".

Like I said it's clear they were trying to "punish" him against Miami sending him out there in garbage time with 4 young players who don't play much. Straight sucka shyt :smh:

But the organization has been jumping out the window for a player who demanded under the table money, missed half this season, played one game and instantly said the team needs more talent :smh:

CP was probably like you guys simping for this nikka thats done more for OKC winning a title than the clippers and they probably got offended he called them simps to they faces and cut him.
