You i am thinking that Cena cost Rock the belt at the chamber, That way CM.Punk could face Taker for it and the fans would have doubt that Taker goes over, it gives Rock away to still fight Cena at Mania without the belt, imagine this at Mania Taker Loses then Dolph cashes in the MITB and wins it, or better yet Taker wins celebrates and get beat down by the shield and Dolph cashes it in there also. I think they know Cena will get the belt anyway so why not have take from Dolph at backlash or Raw?
