Punk last wrestled in 2014 under the WWE banner. As noted, he has joined the announce team for Cage Fury Fighting Championships to commentate future events. He’ll make his broadcasting debut at the CFFC 71 event. This event goes down Dec. 14 at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and will air live on UFC Fight Pass.

Punk last fought when he took on Mike Jackson in a welterweight bout at the UFC 225 pay-per-view event on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. As seen in the fight, Jackson dominated it and Punk showed a ton of heart but was winded after the first round. Jackson was able to pick up the unanimous decision win.

100% don't believe that someone can be that passionate about something and then have absolutely nothing to do with it

Dude doesnt want to go back to wrestling out of pride and bitterness and he will live to regret it
:francis:
He always said he wouldn’t be a lifer. Maybe he meant it :manny:. After all, what else was there for him to do besides headline wrestlemania, which the window to reasonably do closed in 2014? Nowhere else is gonna provide the exposure or money to get him back in the ring at his age with his injury history, and given how they repeatedly sabotaged him the way they did, I can’t blame him for not wanting to work for them ever again. Not like anything he aired his grievances about 7 and a half years ago can’t be said for today with even more problems on top of those issues.

I feel like he's the type of cat that, even if he really wanted to go back, he wouldn't because it'd make him look like one of those guys who caved to Vince/HHH.
I see your point, but he could negotiate it to his favor, like headlining WM, getting top dollar, schedule he likes, job for AJ if she wants back in, etc. Not as much leverage as Brock, but he does have leverage.

Don’t see him ever coming back . The most would be maybe in a limited capacity like Jericho or lesnar..but they probably wouldn’t offer him good money since they left on bad terms :yeshrug:

Brock left on bad terms, too. It's all demand and leverage.

He's 40. He's not coming back. Not to WWE, NJPW, MLW, Impact, LU, ROH, ALL IN 2, NJPW/ROH MSG. His decision to train for another fight instead of going back to Pro Wrestling after getting beat by Mickey Gall pretty much confirmed it. He had a great run and is one of my all time favorites but it's over, stop asking and stop speculating.
