They've already rolled it out in some countries. I know in the UK they're already doing this and they seem to be doing it in Canada now. The way it works is you can still use the service but pictures might not show because it will now require you to upload id. I think it also doesn't allow you to use servers that are rated as mature. So, if you're just using discord for socializing, then should be fine for the most part. I assume they're going to get stricter to force people to upload ID
