European countries pay less and tax more, but they have better schools, healthcare, safety nets, etc. America higher wages and lower taxes because we have to pay so much out of pocket for retirement, healthcare, education, etc.Balling on 30K per year salary. You'll be living in a storage unit in the US.

I like the idea of Black people moving abroad. I was an expat in China and Brazil.
My big issue with Black folks, especially Americans, abroad is they don't try to build communities like other groups too. Either no interest in community with other Blacks or they are trying to be the special Negro or marry a local to integrate.
Paris and maybe Japan are exceptions but it would be even better to see AA mini-communities in these countries.
