They were supposed to be a niche sport in redneck markets. They outgrew that niche but didn't realize that the loyalists will walk away if you fukk with them and they did. You can't trade southerners for Las Vegas and Southern Cal. There are many other trendier things to do in those spots. The southern venues would have always sold out. They also changed some rules that pissed people off.
