Add to the fact that more than 72,000 truck drivers have been taken off US roads since January 2020 because they have failed drug tests that are now required by the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, a 22-month-old registry established to increase safety on US highways, according to government data.

56 percent being marijuana. They should just legalize it at this point.

Points
- super high turnover
- very competitive
- lack of parking infrastructure for trucks.
- truckers and poor diets.
- autonomous trucks

I personally have a question for truckers on the coli?

How annoying is it to park a 18 wheeler or is it like a car where eventually it becomes easy?

Well it's easy without a trailer on the back. With a trailer takes some extra time to get down pat. But just keep practicing at it it'll eventually come to you

Federal govt finally legalizing it would be a massive boost to the economy. States that decriminalized it didn't go insane. Crime wasn't rampant.

Legalize it, tax it, collect the money and balance the budget. Its not rocket science, other countries(like Canada) have done it and it hasn't led to pandemonium.

You gotta be willing to run aka pick up, drive the hours on your log and get ready to pick up the next load if you tryna gwop it up.

Diet can be controlled with regular stops at supermarkets and know how to cook healthy plant based meals and limit your intake of sugars and processed foods.

And parking gets easier with practice but we need more truck stops with bigger lots for more parking.

Other than that owner operator is the way to go if you wanna make that 120k a year
