2 is...aight. I think my expectations were too high for me when I heard it.
Nore, Nas, and Nate were 3 of my favorite rappers at the time, it had to live up to
the OG Bloody Money, and I didn't like that beat. It also didn't help that it was on
the Ride Soundtrack, and that had BANGERS up and down it, so this cut paled
in comparison to those.

It sounds so...80's New York to me, knamtalmbat?

The drums and hats sound like some Marley Marl Juice Crew chit. Like some BDP chit.
And then the melody sounds like sounds like the score for a New York movie - especially
with the intro.

That's just how it hit me.
