I wonder if it's possible to have regional single payer health insurance?

Surely it's possible to let all the Republican states in the south and the middle of the country have their "no healthcare" paradise while the north east states and the west coast states have one ,cheap public insurer.

These liberal states are populous enough not to need the rest of the country in such a system. I'm at a point where if these Republicans want to live like it's the 1800s, just let them. It's not worth helping somebody who doesn't want to be helped. Just let all their states devolve into Wyoming , as all the people and businesses leave.

My company health insurance was going to go up 27% but our HR team shopped around found a new provider at a different rate. Still was a notable increase, but after all is said and done with taxes/etc my paycheck is only going down $30/month so I'm glad they worked through it
