The bench was struggling, Wade was really struggling up to that point and the only big with any offense was sidelined...and they won.

Woodson best player is playing like shyt and they depend on JR smith to be the second leading scorer every game
woodson used to win games with defense. having streaky shooter should mean taking the ball inside more not trying to shoot more 3s. Kidd is 0-everything why is he even playing? Why are they still going with a small ball lineup against a team that is bigger and faster?

He got 43 and 47 wins his first two years as a head coach before Lebron and Bosh got there. He couldnt be all that bad, granted the stacked roster helps.....but shyt......having a stacked roster and underachieving/mismanaging everything happens all the time in all sports.

Top 5, arguably. That being said, it's clear he is learning from Pat Riley. But also remember he's won the bulk of games that had neither Lebron or Wade or both players out for whatever reason (rest, minor injuries etc.) So you gotta give credit where credit is due. Also the dude is still young, he has a lot of upside.
