He went in pretty heavy. He's got clips of Destiny spouting conflicting ideas on using the n-word, right at the hour mark he has a pair of clips with one being Ann Coulter, of all people, explaining why white people shouldn't use the n-word . He's like "this just shows how low the bar is to clear for white and white passing people. If you can't clear that, you're kind of a PoS."

It's basically a strong opening 20 mins and then you can kinda skip toward the hour mark to when he pulls some clips. There's other good ish, but it's like most of Twitch where there's a lot of "meh" mixed in the rest.

You're providing a LOT of these people with a context and perspective that they've been detached from or can't voice on their own if they have connected with it. I think that's a big part of what I took outta the Destiny collapse here, this dude is so detached from the real world that he can't understand discussing these sorts of topics on a human level (something you nailed in the initial exchanges). I think you bring a value to the lefty content creator circle that hardly anyone does (if anyone) and bring these discussions out of the purely academic confines these dudes use to shield themselves. I was in a twitter convo where one girl called the whole thing "radically polite racism" and I'm running with that.

Sidenote: I see this exact dynamic when I get heated over immigration debates. People defending kids in cages will act completely shocked when I get aggravated and go in on their complete ignorance about the topic from both knowing anyone that's dealt with the system to even doing any actual research before they run their mouths and advocate for that ish.

You're providing a LOT of these people with a context and perspective that they've been detached from or can't voice on their own if they have connected with it. the answer is no. it needed to be said. i dont have an educational speciality like alot of these guys, even tho my education is actually in art/art history it dont apply to shyt. appreciate this post cuz i was really second guessing myself

I had actually seen your tweet at Destiny before you appeared on the show. NGL I was surprised how quickly that all materialized when I stumbled upon this thread.

This has really become a large thing in the Twitch world, Destiny is one of the larger streamers on there.

From my viewpoint as you just sit back and let Destiny unravel himself this becomes a larger and larger profile increaser for you.

This is one of those "lost the battle to win the war" scenarios at this point. You may not have outwitted him at the time, but because you were honest and truthful he now is in total spin mode and is hemorrhaging credibility on the issue with anyone other than right wingers.

The original issue was between Destiny and Trihex, but you were able to insert yourself just enough to benefit from this. Idk how you are looking at your next move, but I think you let all the other people come in and sweep up here for a second because the reframing of that encounter is happening naturally.
