Every songwriter has their crowning achievement, that one song that they put on a pedestal as something that is unlikely to be surpassed any time soon. The work they're most proud of.
For example, someone tells you one of your songs is hot and you think to yourself "Ya . . . but it's not my [insert your #1 song here]"
So my question to the artist of The Booth . . how long did it take you to surpass that song that you felt was your best work?
Also how do you think mainstream artists feel about their work? For example, 50 Cent has been looking to recreate the success of "In Da Club" for years. What song do you think Jay-Z, Nas, Eminem or Dr. Dre look at as their most impressive achievement?
