Coconut Oil + (Shea Butter + Cocoa Butter mix) be having my afro looking dark moisturized and with a shimmer like it's straight from the gods.

I guess do it to your beard you'll feel the same:sas1:

Shea butter in the cold months. Coconut oil for the warmer months. I have a daily routine and use the LCO method (liquid cream oil) since the beard is longer. This method keeps my beard thick, soft and healthy. At night after a hot shower I use Cantu leave in conditioner in my damp beard then Jamaican Castor oil. I will mix up my oils where I'll use olive oil, coconut oil, or Shea butter. I wash my beard daily with just conditioner and then on Sundays a full wash with Dr. BONNER peppermint soap. Sometimes I will even do an apple cider vinegar wash on my beard or condition my beard with honey. I use a wooden pick in beard. I get :salute: on the beard from the fellas and the ladies love how it feels on their chests when I'm digging them out. It's a whole beard community on YouTube that share valuable beard knowledge and care. Check out bthebarber, blackmansbeard, beauty and the beard to name a few

A lot of ignorance when it comes to beard oils and balms.

Especially in other threads. But I’m curious if recommendations have changed over the years.
