I don't care if this gets moved, I just figured that it will get more attention of the bat here in TLR
I've gotten back into boxing but I've been gassing out near the end of my workouts. I'm about 40-50 lbs heavier than I was as a kid, so i'm looking to lose a few lbs (about 15 to weigh around 175) since thats where I'm most comfortable at in regards to strength, speed, and stamina...
But anyway, I'm specifically looking for a preworkout that is catered more to endurance rather than developing strength, size, or a pump.
I've researched a few products on google, now I'm just curious to what you guys take on here. So far i just hydrate and take an energy drink before workouts
