Coli boxers/MMA fighters... what supplements do you use

I don't care if this gets moved, I just figured that it will get more attention of the bat here in TLR


I've gotten back into boxing but I've been gassing out near the end of my workouts. I'm about 40-50 lbs heavier than I was as a kid, so i'm looking to lose a few lbs (about 15 to weigh around 175) since thats where I'm most comfortable at in regards to strength, speed, and stamina...


But anyway, I'm specifically looking for a preworkout that is catered more to endurance rather than developing strength, size, or a pump.


I've researched a few products on google, now I'm just curious to what you guys take on here. So far i just hydrate and take an energy drink before workouts

Water and marijuana. Those pre workout drinks are terrible for you. And everyone gasses if they are working hard enough.

But I'm trying to take it more seriously. I've already improved tremendously since I started 2 months ago... Everyone says it. I'm little by little even buying enough equipment to have my own home gym in my garage (speedbag a, reflex bags, heavy bags, mitts, kettlebells, dumbells, etc).

Yeah true. I be working out with a few light muthafukkers though. I be trying to keep up

But nah, I need a preworkout. I be doing this shyt after working all day outside and doing PT (military) in the mornings

Just keep grinding breh. Nothing beats hard work.

Ive been boxing since I was 9..... Ive never taken a supplement, I dont anyone that has...... for me the key to endurance is roadwork, and I hate running with a passion, but on average Im now running 5km most mornings.......also that will help you shed weight quicker .... I always run wearing 2 hoodies whatever the weather, If Im trying to lose some pounds Ill wear a fat suit underneath that...

do lots of sprints also

Run nikka run, and when you get the tired run some more



And you go train the gym

To all you runners... I can't run at the moment, which is one reason I took up boxing again


Had surgery on both lower legs, just got another MRI last monday. Running and jumping rope is out the question for now so I do a lot of biking and circuit training. I read a lot of fighters do that as an alternative to running. I've actually improved in some areas due to boxing (lost a lil upperbody strength but was able to hang clean 185x8 despite losing 10 lbs)


Endurance really isn't THAT big of an issue, I'm usually mentally tired by the time I get to gym.. which is why I asked about a preworkout. Last time I just completely crashed and didn't even feel like doing drills midway through. It was kinda frustrating

I actually just bought an elevation mask so hopefully my endurance will improve even more

you have to just wake up in the AM and do some jump rope...

If you're black then thats all you really need..........maybe a few products like multivitam

If you're a CAC - I see them using cutter, different proteins, cutters some more.. taking pill breaks - then getting new protein.

Don't really take multivitamins... might need to start though

other than energy drinks, protein is all I take and thats randomly. I try to eat a lot of eggs and less carbs on days i'm not working out. i do eat fast food a lot though... usually salads and chicken nuggets/chili from Wendys but thats because Im on the go most the time.

I guess I was trying to go the whiteboy route. I know a lot of asian fighters too, they be taking random shyt

I also got sleeping issues... it's like 330 in the morning and I still haven't slept yet :wow:

I have sleep issues too... that is one of the worst issues to have if the goal is to build muscle.
