I have sleep issues too... that is one of the worst issues to have if the goal is to build muscle.

meditate. turn off all artificial lights 3 hours before you go to bed. the artificial lights from tv/phone/computers fukk with your melatonin production and fukks your sleep cycle.

To all you runners... I can't run at the moment, which is one reason I took up boxing again

Had surgery on both lower legs, just got another MRI last monday. Running and jumping rope is out the question for now so I do a lot of biking and circuit training. I read a lot of fighters do that as an alternative to running. I've actually improved in some areas due to boxing (lost a lil upperbody strength but was able to hang clean 185x8 despite losing 10 lbs)

Endurance really isn't THAT big of an issue, I'm usually mentally tired by the time I get to gym.. which is why I asked about a preworkout. Last time I just completely crashed and didn't even feel like doing drills midway through. It was kinda frustrating

I actually just bought an elevation mask so hopefully my endurance will improve even more

If you can swim that would be the best option, when I injured my knee i just went to my local pool and swam laps, helps a lot with toning and upper body strength
