It's hard to see what's going in the beginning. But then at 0:24, you can see a female sitting sideways on the driver's lap. Her left hand is out the window and holding onto the A-pillar. Her left arm goes from her hand above the steering wheel and you can see her upper body. She's got a black bra on. You can see the side of her head. As she's going up and down, you can see the sunlight bounce off her body when she is up and then disappear when she sits down. You can't see the driver. Near the end, you can see her get up and you can kind of see her face through the windshield.
