When most people put gloves on, they clearly lack the ability to throw an effective punch. All arms, leaning and lunging forward, no power or ability to defend after each punch either.

Young dude at the end got dropped when they bodies bumped :mjlol:

90 percent of people don’t even know how to throw a punch properly bare fisted let alone gloved up (and that’s being generous).

9 years ago I posted the guy below doing the same thing and, personally, I think he did it better. Dude in the op is okay no doubt, but I think the guy below’s head movement is way cleaner/more technical, and he’s just in better control of his body and mechanics. Good showing by them both, though.

My question I wanted to ask of the boxers though is, is this standard level of head movement skills for a boxer whose been training say for 2 years or so maybe.. or is this guy just exceptional? :lupe:
