Breh I just clicked ok and kept going about my business. I didn't have internet connection issues...it was just an ominous message.

- open up terminal
- type sudo arp -d -a
- restart
- connect back to internet
- open up terminal
- type sudo arp -d -a
- restart
- connect back to internet
