On this recipe she says the chiccen shouldnt be too hot. Around what temperature would this be for a deep fryer?(Mines goes to 375 which is too high according to this recipe)

I'm not sure to be honest. I don't fry food (or rarely) and don't have a deep fryer. Good question, though.

Nvm I just saw it on her blog. Says its around 325 degrees.
What do you cook?

Anything that sounds interesting, basically. I am Haitian so my goal is to perfect my skills in that area.

I've also opened myself up to other things, so I've added seafood, something I was never a fan of. I never knew salmon could be so good. I'll tackle crab and lobster later.
