I use them to make jollof rice, stir fry’s and raw in my guac. White onions are useless

Red onions are a cheat code low-key. Their acidity is higher than the other breeds of onions and provides a nice little kick, pairs well with deli sandwiches and mexican style dishes.

I usually use white onions to make the base of my chili….

Yellow onions I usually use to make a base for Italian style dishes or soups
