Sharing an idea : could it be possible to implement some new sub-forum which could act as tribunals ? :lolbron:

In this sub-forum, every thread would be a case and the judgement would be made through a public poll that would last like 10 days. At the end of the vote, the mention (guilty/not guilty) with the most votes would win and the related sentence would be applied.

The sub-forum (let's name it "Coli Courts") would also have a sub-forum ("Sub-courts", I don't know) in which every poster could make a case. In order to be able to have a poll, those cases would have to be promoted to main sub-forum by a mod. So in recap, in "sub-courts", everybody can make a thread and in "coli courts", only threads promoted by mods exist.

Example :
Poster A trolls like there's no tomorrow so a thread is made in the "Sub-courts" by poster X. :mjpls:
The case is "strong" and a mod decides to promote it. It is then moved to Coli Courts, edited by a mod and opened to votes.
- Thread : Poster A against the Coli
- First post : Accusation with wanted sentence (life (ip ban), 1 month, 1 week ban, -10% of coli cash, -1000 rep, -1000 daps etc.)
- Second post : Defense :mjlol:
- Rest of the posts : people's opinions :mjpls:

Once the poll has ended, the judgement is applied and the thread is closed. Thoughts ? :shaq:

its an interesting idea but i think theres already too much attention paid to bannings and this would only be throwing fuel on the fire.
