ATL…overly
:whoa: @AVXL @#1 pick Come on Brehs...We can't have this dysfunction going on..we gotta be able to :pacspit: on these other Fans as a unit once the season starts.

Real live fukk that nikka. That's pretty much all I gotta say about that bum. nikka say he gonna ban me from Atlanta, tell that fukk nikka come do it

BTW, just to clarify I don't anticipate Matt getting a $21 million dollar contract or being the highest paid QB in the league. Matt's never had the playoff success Flacco has had so he shouldn't make more than him. What he should get is a contract that puts him among the top 10 QBs in the league

It is. CHF has a few studies on it. Winning and losing in the playoffs is all about NOT throwing interceptions, you win almost 80% of the time in the playoffs when you don't throw a pick. The Almighty CHFF Interception Ladder

For example Flacco had 11 touchdowns and no picks this playoffs.:whew:
Im not sure why a study had to be done for that...everyone and their mom knows winning turnovers battle wins you games.

That nikka still banned in Atlanta just to mention.

breh do you remember the doug johnson and kurt kittner era.. do you really wanna be kansas city chief's/ jacksonville status

Davis is my nikka.. i'd love to see more of him.. in preseason and preseason only though :rudy: .. Matt aint perfect but he's lead us to incredible wins.. lets face it breh.. this aint green bay or new york .. we the Atlanta Falcons and we should be estactic that Matt is knocking on the door of leading us to the promised land :blessed:

and nobody says jeff teague is the savior :wtf:

matt/falcons was a halftime away from the superbowl.. joe johnson never got past the 2nd round..one is the most clutch players in his league.. the other would choke ft's routinely and have Craw save his ass.. oh i remember nikka :ehhh:

Breh, Davis talent wise is more like :upsetfavre: than clowns like Kittner and Doug Johnson. Show me one time Johnson or Kittner looked like they were legit NFL QB's? They are more like JPW if even that good.

Matt ain't perfect yet he wants the most money in Football. Last player we had like that in Atlanta was Joe Johnson. We all seen how that worked.

You right, no one called him a savior, I just want that nikka on the bench or traded is all. Of course for the right PG which we don't have yet.

The 49ers changed the gameplan and instead of letting Ryan take what you give him, they just said f it. Ryan you win this damn game for the Falcons. Seattle did the same thing in the 2nd half but we did just enough to win. Ryan of course failed like he usually does when teams force him to carry the team. Let's be real, the 49ers was going to rout us in the 2nd half. They had two turnovers in the redzone and a missed FGA. We really weren't that close when you think about it.

Not all turnovers(like fumbles), its SPECIFICALLY interceptions

That's why the QB position is so important in the playoffs. You lose when your QB throws picks.

Im pretty sure if you count all the turnovers, the results will be very similar. at least for regular season, teams that have a positive TO margin, win 60 or 65% of the time.

the int part basically confirms that the qbs main job is to not turn the ball over.
it doesnt show that qb is the most important position, in any way.

what about games where you throw a pick when it's already over? Like NE vs Baltimore this year, I'm sure that game was already over when Brady threw his interceptions.

I posted earlier but basically, Ryan isn't exactly worth 20 million a year but it just happens to be the going rate for franchise QBs. There'll probably never be a point where you'd call him the best QB in the league but he's been a large part in getting us to the highest point that we've ever been at as a franchise.

almost a 70% win percentage along with some pretty good(and steadily improving) numbers is going to earn any QB a pretty good payday. it is what it is.

If Kaep continues to improve he'll probably see similar type money from the 49ers when his turn comes up.

Ryan will likely get the 21 milly. You cant just look at it as "is he worth it". You have to consider your other options. If you say no, and he leaves for another team, do you have someone comparable to replace him? I think the answer is no. And the Falcons are close to being good enough to make a Super Bowl. Do you want to start over now?

only probably if Ryan gets all that money, how the hell do we pay for defensive players and better O-line talent
