Jokes on the driver.. what if the orderer planned on tipping after the delivery?

On doordash I don't think you can tip after delivery on the app. And customers don't usually tip in cash

i usually chose my tip amt after they drop the food depending on how late they are or if they come to my door

All restaurants need to do this, or create some kind of barrier that isn’t easy to remove and replace.

McDonald’s packages their door dash delivered the best. You can definitely tell if it’s been tampered with.

I tried it for some extra money. If they dont tip before they not gonna tip after. Literally they'll send u orders for $3. Decline. People are greedy. Tip at least a buck u broke piece of shyt. Or enjoy waiting 2 hours for somebody desperate to pick up your $5 taco bell order

What do you see on your end when the order comes through, as far as the tip? Does it tell you an estimate of what the person may give (based on the customers historical data) or does it tell you straight up from the beginning? Or not at all?

I usually always put in what I'm going to give in the end. Never edited to be lower.

Idk i just tried it last few weeks. I dont see anything but order total and location of restaurant and delivery. I think before drivers could see tip anounts. But not anymore. I usually dont accept less than $10 total order. I had 1 somebody tipped $10, for a order worth probably $15. So $25 total for them but they did it cuz they wanted their food fast
