I wish I started investing earlier I had an opportunity but was young and dumb. Stocks Bitcoin
Started buying investment properties after I got our first house more than 12 years ago. Kept going
Took high school more serious. Had to start from the bottom to finish college and getting my MBA
Not be so anti social I had let so many connections go by. I actually had some powerful folks in Phily I was cool with and was actually in their homes
