Crowdfunding real estate will change the game brehs... Other businesses too but I'm mainly thinking about my industry
I recently read an article about the resurgence of the real estate market. People are making profits on flipping properties again. I'd like to learn what has you out of the Rat Race.

Gentrification is the shyt man... It's so easy to predict... Just watch where hipsters and students are willing to venture to ... People with $$ will soon follow

Buy distressed abandoned property in hoods on the verge of gentrifying (at auctions or from slumlords or whatever)... Then flip it to immigrant construction guys for profit ... I'm about to start developing my own shyt, 320-340k town homes that will sell to the 'stuff white people like' middle class.

I'm about to expand my sights to Baltimore as well because the housing stock and demographics are so similiar to Philly

Key is access to $$ and knowledge of local market... There's hard money lenders out there it you gotta have balls of steel to do it

they tryna do this in my hood

them big ass condos be empty for the simple fact
no one that can afford dat wants to look at abandon house right across the street from their million dollar condo

you are more than likely to get upper class black people than upper class white people

but idk your demographic where you live or the prices

and alot of them condos they just sit on pallets and line em up like legos

I'm skeptical about this. Potential for alot of fukkery w the crowd funding. You won't catch me throwing my money towards any companies trying to get financing off this.

Are these private entities gonna open up their books and business plans to countless people who may or may not be interested in throwing in a miniscule $800 investment?

Just seems like an opportunity for some companies to do alot of financial and accounting magic before they're forced to register common stock w the SEC.

But on the other hand, it could bring more clients to my line of work. A bunch of small companies that should stay small trying to go big time and needing HR guidance. :shaq:
